I've noticed this as well. They tend to be a lot more 'buttoned up' when Cooley is in net and a ton more 'run and gun' with Wolf.

Not to mention that Wolf is (last I checked) leading the league in minutes played. Too much for a sophomore. One would expect his play to suffer.

Absolutely playing too much. Partly due to the coaches not trusting Cooley after he imploded in the preseason, and partly due to Cooley's recent illness.

I would no problem with Wolf and Cooley splitting the remaining games to get Wolf some more rest and some more time with the goaltending staff to work on the finer points of his game.

Son and I came down from the capital region for the game. His favourite player is Crosby. At least Crosby was able to play after that first shift. That was a terrible game, maybe even worse than the flames oilers game right before Christmas. Was there too, both were so painful to watch.

You missed the point, it is usually a big blow to the team when a 10.5 million player misses a game and at least somewhat discussed.
