Got an ambulance bill for $250 bill for the ambulance bill when i fainted a few weeks ago. I never told them my name or anything. I guess they must have rifled through my wallet for billing purposes. Just seems weird but ill obviously pay. I didnt ask for it though.
Can i call for an ambulance for someone i dont like and they are out $250?
Would company benefit insurance cover that normally?
It’s usually covered. I pay invoices like that by Amex specifically because I know the fee is higher. I got a parking ticket when I drove my mom to the hospital for a stroke, and that was super frustrating.
So, I always thought it was interesting that I could gag at a visual or a smell… one day, when I was ditching some old leftovers in the fridge I had an epiphany. I thought about why my body was reacting that way, and l said to myself “what is happening, it’s not like I’m going to eat this”. And that was the lightbulb moment. That’s what the response is, for me at least. If I ever feel like somethings going to make me gag I just remind myself “well you aren’t gonna eat it ya ####in moron”, and it works every time. I’ve completely eradicated the response.

My work benefits covered it when my son had his ambulance ride. $250 seems cheap, my recollection is it was north of $400 but I could be wrong.
This was a few years ago, but my son had to take a ride in an ambulance. A few weeks later we get a bill in the mail and it was addressed to him. He was 18 months old at the time, so it was pretty hilarious. Pay your own health bills ya little slacker! But yes, our benefits at work covered it and I believe it was $450.
I too feel it requisite to question the whereabouts of said potential brisket...
We ate a bunch of it. Beef on a bun. It was really good. Just did slow cooker, not a fan of smoke flavour. Just cooked it on low for 11 hours, brown sugar some spices, no jarlic, vinegar, beef stock, honey, chili powder. Simple. Froze half of it, hopefully it its decent re-heated. Co-Op sub buns, hot sauce if you want, BBQ sauce if you want. Simple. $56 at Co-op for it.
Random thought, I think I am getting hooked on Zyns. What am I thinking. Had them a few weeks ago and now I went to Seven Chiefs gas station to buy some. I used to dart way back so it scratches that itch. Everyone under 40 seems to be doing them or Zonic.
They taste like dog arse and make me feel worse, so why am I putting them in me mooth. God I am an idiot.
