Have to wonder if Verbeek slyly crawls into this as a last second disruptor. They need an Andersson as much as SJ does and they have some interesting things.

That sounds very much not resolved and still up in the air.

Why is there an air of something imminent happening then?

If there are several teams in it and new ones entering the conversation, it seems like CC and company will continue weighing offers. Unless one is clearly sticking out for them over the others.

Royale posted this morning Conroy's doing his last call to all interested parties. So whomever had the deal done to get Conroy to wrap things up has it. But we know little outside of Boston is out of it. Vegas is out of it, don't know about Dallas but some big wig insider said they're still in it.

Not trying to call you out specifically, but I see this almost as much as I see people misspelling Parekh and Jarome on here, could be auto-correct on a phone but just to clarify:

I am fine if he's a throw in, I just don't want him as the "top" prospect. For example, sending Andersson and an AHL/ECHL contract for 1st + roster player + top prospect + Poitras.
