My hope has always been SJ, even before they drafted Misa.
Only because I want to hear Rasmus stories from the Nephew.

How'd Hemming do in WJ? I didn't pay much attention to Finland.
Stats wise he didn't have a great tourny.
As a 19 year old - 12th in team scoring, 3pts in 7gp -2, although he led the team in shots

If it is Dallas and Hemming this lines up with other Conroy deals. Someone who may well be awesome, just not someone most were immediately thinking of on that particular team.
Also if that is the deal its kind of odd this didn't get done or couldn't get done months ago.

Good strategy. You’d hope to be hemming a team in their own zone and this guy will be perfect for that.

I watched him closely (for exactly this reason) and wasn't overly impressed, YBH. Big body, made plays, but didn't have a huge tournament (never got hot). Not a big concern though - definitely some attractive tools there.

Id rather Bischel but getting another 1st would be excellent. Although with it being Dallas it wont be until the 27 draft.

Has to be Dallas unless Knights has the best no extension offer, and Ras wants to test free agency.

Not a huge complaint about a deal, that isn't even official, but all the talk of Ras getting a haul that rumored Dallas deal wouldn't be a whole lot better than the Vegas one from last spring, would it?

Watched highlights. Looks to have a really nice shot that he can let go quickly. So, he'd be helpful on a powerplay. Kind of an average skater and stickhandler.

So I guess we can presume we are in the Rasmus negotiating terms stage of the game. Could be a anxious wait for the rest of the day if that’s the case

Whatever happens today, tomorrow, or whenever the day comes, I will continue to proudly wear my Andersson blasty jersey. What a beauty! I am going to miss his presence on the team.

So, extension = Dallas, rental = Dallas, Detroit and someone else? Though I thought Detroit was extension or bust.

It would. Basically two late 1sts as Hemming was taken late 1st round last year and is still 19.
The Vegas deal was just one first and a 26 year old prospect.
