If the Flames could pull a reverse Bennett, it’d be great. I’ve not followed Kotkaniemi and why he’s struggled.

I've been saying the Flames should try to get KK as a cap dump for a while, never know if he looks better out of Carolina

A reclamation project that comes with a pick to take him would be good business for the Flames. More opportunity here.

Maybe he becomes a really good shut down centre. There could be more there too.

We are weak at that position. Even if we acquire/draft a bunch havibg more depth allows us to develop kids more patiently.
