Most of these dont apply to Elon, he is anti-authoritarian and wants government as small as possible. You could make a better case that Carney is a fascist under this criteria.

Not to rob you of this momentary feeling of self satisfaction you were prepared to feel going down this rabbit hole, but everyone here disagrees with each other all the time. It’s literally all we do. About everything from big, scary politics and “freedom!” to the dumbest things you can imagine.

So, the instant negative reaction from people and them saying things like they’re going to put you on ignore is not because whatever you say is disagreeable. It’s that we’ve collectively seen about 1000 low effort sad boys who think their poorly thought out political takes are provocative and, for some reason, come here (a hockey forum) and want to only post about that.

Sometimes it gets entertaining and you end up going off the deep end. Most times you just fizzle out. If you’re lucky, you end up sticking and become the butt of 90% of the jokes and your need for attention gets so desperate it overrides the fact that you only ever get negative attention.

So, forgive people for just wanting to skip your whole thing. It’s just not special. I’m sorry someone once told you it was.

Feel free to go about the whole process, though. Charlie Kirk and libertarian freedom fighters. Super interesting stuff. You just thought this up on your own? Wow. Amazing. Tell us more it sounds so thoughtful and deeply interesting.

But you have to admit that there's an awkward layer of irony when the Trump administration's top enemy outside of naturalized citizens of colour is Antifa, who their top intelligence officials oddly can't offer any information about whatsoever, which literally means Anti-Fascist.

Well they are clearly directly inhaling content from X, and since Musk force feeds his opinions on every user, I think it is fair. Musk tells him stuff and he believes it without question. Which in itself is a clear sign of stunted intelligence, believing a 50 something year old man who lies about his video game playing abilities.

Nah, I dont really need the attention, I wasn't expecting so many hostile and downrighrt rude responses tbh. I figured people would think "oh that is true, it is impossible to be a fascist and support personal liberties and free speech".
But the groupthink is strong here it seems. But I think people here will think twice before they label someone a fascist from now on, even if they don't care to admit it.
