She knows it's not true, but she also knows the MAGA base doesn't know that's true, so she continues to spew this to glaze Trump so she can continue to grift off their stupidity.

I dunno, I wouldn't give any of these people the benefit of the doubt they are smart enough to know what they say is true or not. Our own premiere did it all the time on the radio, and believed it, and apparently convinced others to believe it too. Hell, she thought she had pardon powers of a US governor. Ben Mulroney's at it himself, and oh boy, is he a ####ing idiot in his own right.
These types of people are so deeply embedded in a world view we can't even comprehend(mostly because it's all incomprehensible bull####) and they live, eat and die by that bull####. Occasionally one of them opens their eyes long enough to be ridiculed by both sides, before they disappear in shame, or double down on some new, deeply fetid pile of bull####.
They should be mocked relentlessly because they are ####ing morons.

I actually think this gives too much credit as it supposes this higher level commitment to the cause and the ability to feel shame.
When you imagine most of them more like shameless and socially awkward types like our own CG or DF who just constantly go about their lives getting fed their lunch with no real awareness that it’s happening and still thinking they’re the hero of the story, the whole group becomes a lot easier to comprehend and understand.
Sure, you can mock them relentlessly, but you might as well be mocking an inanimate object. So use your energy wisely.

They paid out $700 million to the company that had evidence proving they knowingly lied about election fraud. They have no problem with lying, and no shame about being caught.
Too bad economic concepts don't have defamation lawyers.

The MAGA nase doesn't question anything that FOX reports. They just accept it as fact.

From a trump post last night
In addition to all of that, I go out of my way to do long, thorough, and very boring Medical Examinations at the Great Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, seen and supervised by top doctors, all of whom have given me PERFECT Marks - Some have even said they have never seen such Strong Results. I do these Tests because I owe it to our Country. In addition to the Medical, I have done something that no other President has done, on three separate occasions, the last one being recently, by taking what is known as a Cognitive Examination, something which few people would be able to do very well, including those working at The New York Times, and I ACED all three of them in front of large numbers of doctors and experts, most of whom I do not know. I have been told that few people have been able to "ace" this Examination and, in fact, most do very poorly, which is why many other Presidents have decided not to take it at all.
Dude takes a lot of cognitive tests for someone who 'aces' them all...
Why is someone administered a cognitive exam you ask?
• Early Detection: Catching mild cognitive issues or dementia (like Alzheimer's) early for timely intervention and planning.
• Diagnosis: Distinguishing between normal aging and a disorder, identifying the type of impairment (e.g., memory vs. executive function).
• Monitoring: Tracking cognitive changes over time, whether due to aging, disease progression, or treatment effectiveness.
• Baseline Establishment: Creating a snapshot of normal function, especially important for seniors during annual wellness visits (Medicare requirement).
• Ruling Out Other Causes: Identifying treatable conditions that mimic cognitive decline, such as depression, sleep disorders, vitamin deficiencies, or thyroid problems.

I imagine those same doctors, bound by patient confidentiality, spitting out their morning coffee when they read statements like this.

Is also pretty clear that Trump never wrote that. More than likely he was sitting in the corner passed out, slobbering all over his stale, ill fitting suit whilst one of his Nazi henchmen typed it up.
There was also a text that stated that press questioning his health were committing sedition and treason.

He can lie as much as he wants but he can't cheat the decline health which is becoming more apparent as the months pass. I just can't see how he can finish this term with his health declining so rapidly in the first year of it. We could be looking at the first president that gets the Weekend at Bernie's treatment in the back half of this term.

In case you needed more reasons not to visit that rat hole to the south...
Quote:
The Trump administration plans to require all foreign tourists to provide their social media histories from the last five years to enter the country, according to a notice published Tuesday in the Federal Register.
The data would be “mandatory” for new entrants to the U.S., regardless of whether they are entering from countries that require visas, according to the notice from Customs and Border Protection.
Residents of the United Kingdom and Germany are among the countries from which visitors do not require visas to visit the U.S., which, according to the notice, could add an extra hurdle for travelers. British citizens and people of other waived countries currently can complete “Electronic System for Travel Authorizations” in lieu of obtaining visas.
The Trump administration has increased restrictions on people entering the U.S., and President Donald Trump ran a campaign that focused on border and immigration crackdowns.
In addition to social media histories, Customs and Border Protection would add other new data collection fields, including email addresses and telephone numbers used in the last five years, as well as the addresses and names of family members, the notice reads.
The Department of Homeland Security did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

cool, I'm sure people will flock to the US when a "Trump is stupid" post can lead to a trip to El Salvador instead. And I'm sure this will offset the hit US tourism has taken from Canada:
Quote:
A new report shared exclusively with Fortune by the Joint Economic Committee (JEC) – Minority, a congressional standing committee dating back to 1946 responsible for documenting the economic conditions of the U.S., details how a sharp drop in Canadian tourism is hitting every U.S. state along the northern border. The findings come as President Trump has proposed annexing Canada, imposed several rounds of tariffs on Canadian goods, and repeatedly broken off trade talks with Ottawa, contributing to a chill in cross-border travel and spending.
From January to October 2025, the number of passenger vehicles crossing the U.S.-Canada border fell by nearly 20% compared with the same period in 2024, according to the JEC analysis, which draws on U.S. Customs and Border Protection travel statistics. In some border states, the decline reached 27%, a shift that local tourism agencies say is showing up in fewer tourists, more hotel vacancies, and weaker sales.

and I'm sure the MAGA zombies will see all of this as part of a great masterplan, in tandem with the tariffs that are obviously paid by the other countries. America first, amirite?

That's what the tariffs are for! It's a collection pot for the government to receive funds, so they can help out those who need it. Once all the funds are received they can be distributed in an equitable fashion, it's really quite the social program, I think the MAGA crowd will love it.

Man, if I worked in U.S. tourism, I’d be absolutely livid about this kind of s***. Pretty soon visits to the States will drop so dramatically, this dumbass administration will have to bail out the tourism industry like they did with farmers.
Meanwhile, Canadian tourism had one of its best years on record thanks to travellers from all over the world avoiding the U.S. and choosing Canada instead for their North American vacations. Thanks, Trump!
