Just shows why LT is the GOAT, winning an MVP while hitting the rock is insane.

I've seen some video's of ex-teammates talking about him. One where LT had been out the night before and sleeping during the film session for their pass rush install. They wake him with the coaches telling him how annoyed they are and what they're trying to do. Taylor basically comes up with the scheme they should use for their pass rush in about 2 minutes than says you can finish watching the film but turn out the lights...I'm going back to sleep. They used his scheme and they won the game 15-3 and the defense had 6 sacks in the game and like 15 QB hits.

Looking like a nice evening of low quality QB play ahead of us.

Lawrence Taylor, a former NFL player and registered sex offender, was recently appointed by President Trump to the President's Council on Sports, Fitness, and Nutrition. This decision has sparked controversy due to Taylor's criminal history and Trump's previous connections to the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.

Only three NFL players have achieved 1,000 rushing yards and 1,000 receiving yards in the same season: Roger Craig in 1985, Marshall Faulk in 1999, and Christian McCaffrey in 2019. McCaffrey is on track to be the first player in NFL history to pull off this achievement twice.

Yeah they're leaning on him pretty heavily here. His efficiency is not great, but he's an absolute work horse. At his age and this workload it's probable that this is his last 1000 yard season in either category. But he will definitely end up in the Hall of Fame.
This NFC playoff picture is looking like there will be one good team on the outside when it's all done. The Lions currently are outside the playoffs. They could very well be the Division leader by Friday and shift the Packers out. Looking like if the Packers whos schedule is @ Detroit, Chicago, @ Denver, @ Chicago, Baltimore, @ Minnesota were to finish up with a 10-6-1 record...that might not be enough.

Have not seen it posted in here, but this Brandon Aiyuk saga is something with him essentially getting his contract voided and all his future guarantee's for 2026, 2027, & 2028 coming off the books. That is a lot of money to walk away from. I don't see him ever making that back, and I'll be surprised if he's even in the league two years from now.
Between the injuries, and the DeVondre Campbell situation last year, seems like that organization isn't for everyone. They have been pretty successful on the field. So those who can handle it can be part of a good team. But seems like there are a few who are not cut out for the expectations there. Think I have to side with the 49'ers here given their recent track record of success.
