Tre's last extension with the Flames was in October 2019. Conroy was promoted in the offseason.

Oilere are good at the 3 on 3 and PP. Flames are legit better everywhere else which is hilarious considering where these teams are in their builds.

SuperMatt has already set it out compellingly but the Flames don't have one or two lines of star players that you want playing over 20 minutes a night. We should be rolling 4 solid two-way lines that can contribute offense. Our only strength as a team is offensive depth...and potentially goaltending.

Nothing against Beecher. He's alright. It's just the tired unimaginative thinking of needing a big heavy 4th line that takes up a few minutes and isn't a liability.

That said, the 4th line has been good tonight and the Flames have had a really solid night especially considering the schedule.
