Have you ever worked with someone who gave 0 ####s about the job, publicly claiming they were looking elsewhere so didn’t really care how well you did?

I don't blame Andersson for that even.
Conroy should have learned his lesson already and had this done long before the season started.
And that mindset will start to creep into other guys too.if Andersson isn't going to get re-signed and be part of long term plans then the other guys that expire in the next 2-3 years know it's unlikely they will be too.
You're less likely to give it your all for a team that isn't going to re-sign you or have you as part of long term plans.
It's why you can't let it fester and have to be proactive in moving guys that aren't part of your long term plans.

Since when has Andersson done any of that? And since when would a teammate voice that? That hasn't been reported anywhere.
Honestly I can't see any player saying something like that to anyone else aside from other players.
Unless someone's prepared to say where they are hearing this, even without names, I don't buy it.

I'm the last person who would ever defend Andersson, as I don't think he's that good at all. But I just find it hard to believe that one single player has caused this.
It is probably a combination of losing, the coaching, the bounces etc.

He declined CGY’s offer, he said he was comfortable going to free agency and wanted to do what’s best for his family as that was more important but thanked CGY for drafting him.
He’s blocked trade(s)
These are “code” for thanks but no thanks…
