Per Robert Munnich's quote...Coronato being out of the lineup has absolutely nothing to do with any kind of logjam. He is out of the lineup because he has been playing like ass, and Huska is trying to get him reset.

Flames haven't played well in Ottawa in recent history. Only 2 wins in the last 10 games in that arena. Watch them win tonight when there's zero expectations.

This exactly ... I have a hard time getting a read on this team. When they should win against lesser teams they lose. When I write them off, they win. So like you, with zero expectations they will likely win this game. LOL

Parekh & Coronato out. Wolf out. Cooley starts. All signs point to a loss.
Enjoy your W, Flames.

No surprise at all to hear that Parekh is a bit banged up. First, he has been steadily improving each game, so no need for popcorn duty, and second, he has taken a couple nasty hits recently. No doubt he'll be back in the lineup as soon as he's feeling up to it.
(but of course, panic and outrage are always welcome)

The losses just have to keep piling up right now. The movement needs to keep gaining momentum.

He also said on the show that Parekh isn't NHL ready.
Parekh has been getting hammered lately. As this season is 100% about his development, I'd hate to see him derailed with an injury. It's probably best that he gets more rest and practice days. It's similar to how a lot of European leagues develop young talent, often the most talented teenagers will be on the big club, but the number of games they play and ice time are limited.

So all the outrage yesterday was premature and unwarranted.
