I suppose, but its true. He plays in a way that draws such attention but then skates away from it. Hockey is an emotional game. Someone was bound to take a cheap shot at him. Been saying it for, well a few years.

I'm a pacifist but I've watched hockey long enough to know that if you want the chance to punch a guy in the face, you square up and drop the gloves.
The blame here is on Forbort and on the league for not suspending players who do such things.

Klapka has been carrying that 4th line.
No idea why this coaching staff has such an obsession with Lomberg and Kirkland.
Kirkland should be in the AHL and Lomberg certainly can sit in the press box no need for him to dress every night.
Huska's forward utilization has been questionable his entire tenure here

It is super early as all 32 teams are playing today and it is the NHL frozen frenzy which they stagger times of all the games so you could watch a little of every game if you wanted to.
Also it was bumped back a little to try to avoid complete disruption with the Jays games broadcast two hours later.
