Teacher here. I’m really heartened by the support being shown. I haven’t been posting about this very much because of the impact this whole month has had on my well-being. I’ve been trying to stay offline as much as I can and stay educated on what’s going on. But thank you to the people who are supporting us in this dystopian and insane time. I get that there won’t be 100% support and agreement and that’s ok, but I am encouraged by what I’m seeing here. I’m thinking of all the students, families, etc. that are impacted by this as well. It’s honestly hard to know what to write for this post as it’s a complex and crazy situation, but I just wanted to say thank you more than anything.
