Would we need to present documentation when we sign? Like a utility bill to show residency? Passport to show citizenship?

No documentation is required. We ask the questions and you’re expected to be truthful.

If anyone else has an event coming up and would like Forever Canadian volunteers to bring the petition, feel free to PM me and I can help to get it set up.

Also, if you are having (Alberta-living) family over for Thanksgiving, our mobile team is doing an event where we bring the petition to you! Call 403-907-2514 or email fcmobileyyc@gmail.com with your name, number, and neighbourhood and the mobile team will send over a volunteer. (We also can do this for anyone who has trouble getting out to a signing location in person.)

Can they hang out by the voting stations for the civic election?

Keep in mind the bar is also lower for them, they require 177 000 signatures. it will actually be pretty interesting to see what they end up with.

Signing it took all of 4 seconds and was so easy. Shout out smartcar for accommodating me and i hope everyone can sign it. Tired of this separation BS.

Yes, but away from the station, such as on a public sidewalk. Don’t talk politics and be non-aggressive. You don’t want anyone complaining. (I’m a canvasser and DRO.)

Why do they have a lower bar? Seems undemocratic.

Government changed the threshold for them. This petition was started before that change

Smith changed the threshold as extra ammo for her separatist base and now it may actually back fire on her on other issues?

Love to see it lol.

As far as I know the question is still under judicial review so the number of actual official signatures they have should be zero.

It's starting to get colder outside. I can't imagine that will be good for their treasonous cause... I mean who wants to go trudging around, or set-up pop-ups outside (in a Canadian winter) to sign/get signatures on the 20 side of an 80-20 issue.
