Default Preseason Canucks @ Flames. 7pm MT. SN 360

Tonight's game will be on SN360.

Game is also listed on SN+ and ESPN+

Huska says Prostvetov and Cooley will feature tonight in what will be the final chance to impress for backup position.

Rosters expected before morning skate at 10:30 AM.

I really like having Prosvetov & Cooley splitting the game as one last competition to see who gets the backup job. Even though I believe its already been decided. That said, all it might take is Prosvetov having an off night to keep that door open a crack for Cooley. Should be fun. The game within the game.

On TV... Yay!

Probably the Canucks crew calling the game... Boo!

That would be annoying since it’s in Calgary

Yeah, but unfortunately, the preseason games are usually produced as Canucks broadcasts, which is why this is the only preseason game on tv this year. We usually get both games against the Canucks, but last week's game was in Abbotsford, and they don't usually do neutral site games.

If you look at the highlights from the Canucks-Oilers game the other night in Edmonton, it's the Canucks crew calling the game.

Blame it on Sportsnet West and the Flames. The only reason it's on TV is because it's the Canucks team producing it. The Flames and Sportsnet West have shown zero interest in Flames preseason coverage.

Interested to see the new Parekh/Pachal pairing with Parekh on his off side.

Same comment on the Huberdeau Frost Coronato line

Super critical opportunities here for Kerins and Gridin. They're gonna have to bring it 100% tonight to make that final impression!

I wouldn’t be upset if these are the lines to start the season, but with Wolf between the pipes.

As long as Zary gets good time on the power play yeah agreed. Gridin on the left side of Backlund and Coleman is such a good spot for a 19 year old who's willing to play.

A 4th line of Zary-Kerins-Pospisil has much more offensive threat than anything the Flames have iced in a few seasons.

As a flames fan, those lines look pretty exciting to me.

Zary on the 4th just strikes me as odd. Unless Farabee is really impressing them.

Waive Kirkland, start with those forwards with Lomberg and Klapka ready to step in. Love that
