I have no idea about Fallon for his total show, but I love watching his stuff with musical guests on YouTube, the interviews and the games they play is tons of fun. I would be sad if that went away.

But certainty is an absurd one.
Kimmel has more subscribers on Youtube than Rogan, maybe he'll bring his whole show to that platform.
Rogen reportedly brings in $60 million/year and got $200 million from the Spotify deal a few years ago.
Conan O'Brien went a similar route and sold his podcast for $150 million.
This is far more than Kimmel was earning on network TV.
As someone who doesn't watch network TV much anymore, I'd be far more likely to turn into a new online Kimmel show. This is probably the move he needs to make in any event.
Kimmel had reportedly seen his viewership fall to 1.77 million viewers per episode. So the decision to can him, might not have been entirely based on political pressure.
Does anyone even watch late night talk shows anymore?
No.
Spoiler!
Whatever pressure or cowardice prompted the decision to cancel Kimmel, the format is over. Unlikely there will be any late-night talk shows being produced for network TV in 18 months.

Hate speech is pretty much his bread and butter. I just don't think he wants to open up this pandora's box. Pendulum's swing, and the next leftist president could go for retribution. Hard shifts to one side of the spectrum often end with hard swings the other way.
The mainstream left in the U.S. is nowhere near as radical as MAGA republicans insist, but their actions could be willing it to happen one day.

Tucker is pretty openly anti-Zionist and with the US being Israel's second state I think he's mostly worried they'd come after him for that. The rest of his hate speech is stock in trade MAGA stuff.

Flipping channels on my way to work, and i landed on the Ben Mulroney show, where they were talking about Kimmel.
Their take was that Kimmel saying that the killer was right wing, was the reason he was suspended. They were insistent that the killer was far left wing.
Wasn't it pretty established that he came from a maga family and was a follower of that Nick guy, who is even more Christian right wing than Kirk?
It was just interesting to hear how hung up they were on maga not killing maga.

Do conservatives and MAGA understand that Colbert and Kimmel were comedy and satire?
Serious question.
Satire died on that golden escalator so many years ago. All attempts at satire since have been met with a sense of confusion, wondering if it was true or not
I haven't watched Kimmel in years, and he became deeply unfunny imo, but we cancelled our disney sub tonight with his name in our reason why. #### Disney, Trump, and the FCC

I don't watch much of this kind of television, I am only taking somewhat of an interest due to recent events.
It's not a bad segment and it had its moments, but kind of dragged on like almost every scene in a Tarantino movie. Half as long and I would score it much better.
