Sorry for not posting the last couple of days, been super busy. Decided to move this discussion into one thread to simplify things. Superman The Movie won the tiebreaker and finishes in 3rd place. I binged Captain America TWS, Avengers AoU, and Captain America CW the other day.

The Winter Soldier still holds up as an excellent espionage story that develops Steve Rodgers while giving him a great personal villain. Also has the biggest plot twist in the MCU and the elevator might be the best individual scene. Has my vote for 5.

Age of Ultron doesn’t belong on a best of list but it’s unfairly criticised, potentially due to how great its contemporaries are. Yes they nerfed Ultron, the Bruce/Natasha romance was dumb, Quicksilver was wasted, and the infinity stones get tacked in but it’s just a fun exciting movie with a ton of action. Has 5 great team up action scenes.

Civil War isn’t quite as good as TWS but deserves consideration for top 10. The plot is exciting with another big twist and we get to see so many different one on one hero fights. Yeah Ant-man and Spider-man are nothing but fan service but wow that is some of the best service a fan could want.
