I mean this has always been the Stamps. Through strong and weak teams the constant is that 5 to 6 key players are injured for significant time each season.

Yep. So many promising seasons stolen away by injuries. 2015, 2013, 2009 come to mind.
Hoping this isn't another one.

Can’t even blame the old turf anymore.

It wasn't just injuries as some bonehead plays and poor offensive play calls cost them at least two GC's.

Not good news from practice today. VA, Greene and Philpot were all limited participants today. Alford did not practice.

Being a glass half full guy, limited is still better than DNP. Stamps are still -4.5 favorites to win (I think the line started at -5.5).

The Stamps released their depth chart. No VA, Alford or Philpot. Greene is a game-time decision.
I don't like their chances tomorrow night.

My positive vibe - Get healthy going into labour day, and then get hot in the back end of the seasons towards the playoffs.

I hope he's a lot sharper and more prepared for the speed of the game tomorrow. Seemed like the game was too fast for him last week as he was panicking in clean pockets and getting rid of the ball too early.

I'm hoping for a dynomite performance on Thursday night from PJ Walker.

Next week's game versus the Bombers is much more important than this week's game versus the Redblacks. Obviously, a win versus Ottawa would be great, but it's those four point games versus divisional opponents that are the highest priority.

I sure hope Dave tries really hard to establish the run early and keep with it to help help him out more than he did last game.

CFL is always how you finish, not how you start, unless you start 0-6 or something, then you’re done.
Stamps start is more than fine, and with the calendar not even August, Adams should take a couple extra weeks so that he’s ready for the cold weather come late Fall.
