A story in three parts...
@realDonaldTrump
Based on the ridiculous amount of publicity given to Jeffrey Epstein, I have asked Attorney General Pam Bondi to produce any and all pertinent Grand Jury testimony, subject to Court approval. This SCAM perpetuated by Democrats must end!
@AGPamBondi • 1h
President Trump—we are ready to move the court tomorrow to unseal the grand jury transcripts.
Dem Congreesman responds with
@danielsgoldman
Nice try @AGPamBondi.
What about videos, photographs and other recordings?
What about FBI 302's (witness interviews)?
What about texts and emails?
That's where the evidence about Trump and others will be.
Grand jury testimony will only relate to Epstein and Maxwell.

Or if that’s what they want people to think. I know late night shows aren’t the money makers they once were, and people just watch clips on YouTube, but his show was #1 so it’s weird to cancel it.

No matter what gets released nothing will be shown that implicates Trump in anything right? I mean they'll just redact and hide or not release those parts.

Is this a pact of mutual destruction coming undone? I hope so. Does anyone really care if he takes the Clintons and some other 90s Democrats and republicans with him?

The goal would be to get one particular person to think it’s because of the merger

John Oliver, Jon Stewart, Jimmy Kimmel, The Daily Show, and even Seth Meyers who I used to not like that much, seem to do it better than Colbert these days IMO.
I do like Colbert though and hope to see him in other things. He's a really good comedic actor.

I think Colbert has been pretty bound by CBS and network restrictions. Stewart and Oliver don't have that, Kimmel's boss is Bob Iger, who I'm pretty sure despises Trump, and Meyers has Lorne Michaels behind him and also I think a pretty niche viewership which he plays to very well.
If Colbert wants to continue his thing unencumbered by censorship or corporate nonsense, he'll be a bigger force than he ever could be on network TV. I wouldn't blame him for taking a few years away from all this though.
His last few months have the potential to be very fun if he feels pretty unleashed.

Exactly. The Grand Jury transcripts are less than one per cent of the whole schtick and offer little to nothing on Dump. Hope I’m wrong but he will never be toast. Just globby, fat, orange dough.

Yeah the Grand Jury testimonies aren't a comprehensive list or anything like that. They are they bare minimum.

Long way to go still, but if Murdoch wants him gone then Trump is, if nothing else, in the most danger he's been since the start. I would also assume the WSJ hasn't emptied the clip yet, the letter is likely a lovetap and given Trump's completely lack of discipline they may have set a trap he is very likely to fall into.

Isn't his son running the company now? The same son seen hanging with Trump at the FIFA final.

Any indication that the 2026 soccer World Cup and 2028 Olympics might be moved out of the U.S.?

That won’t result in it moving anywhere though. They’ll still do it there.

Well FIFA went all in on Qatar so change won't come from then cnuts.
Maybe if there is a "groundswell" against going to the US, but frankly I can't see it.
