A few days ago, when there was a lot of back-and-forth between Paulie and his many detractors, I tried to appeal to him to tame down his posts and stop being so aggressive- he thanked my post, and seemed to be more reasonable the last few days (at least from what I've seen). Just not sure what happened.

Paulie was cool by me, we didn’t agree on much hockey-wise but I don’t think it was ever disrespectful (between us). I assume the banning was something unrelated to today’s posts.

Thanks for the mems. I’ll always cherish the time you got into a fight with someone who I’d never interacted with in some football thread I’d never posted in and, in between sending you death threats, randomly told you I should kill myself as well.

We had some times. But the brightest stars burn the quickest.
