I remember saying this in 2019 or so - The Republic has fallen. America will not recover from this naturally. There is no legislating back from this, it's only going to be violence that ends this regime.

Oh yes, I’m aware of them. At this point too many to mention. I accidentally ran across the eugenics/Thiel bit on YouTube a few years ago. Then my feed gave me a Musk video, which totally changed my mind about him. Very scary stuff.
Thiel is a good part of why we have Vance.

Just as the founders envisioned
https://www.espn.com/mma/ufc/story/_...-house-grounds
Trump said that part of the celebrations would include a UFC fight on the White House lawn, an event that will be put on by UFC CEO Dana White.
"We're going to have a UFC fight. Think of this on the grounds of the White House,” he said. “We have a lot of land there."
Trump also announced a nationally televised sporting event featuring top-ranked high school athletes, spearheaded by Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
Trump also previewed his National Garden of American Heroes, which will be “a vast outdoor park featuring statues of the greatest Americans who ever lived,” which will be funded through the megabill he is due to sign into law on Friday.

"A vast outdoor park featuring statues of the greatest American white men who ever lived."
Just to be honest about what will actually be built.

Anyone wanna bet on who he selects for the first statue? It'll be him, he will tell a story about how 'big strong men with tears in their eyes' came up to him and said because 'you have saved our country' the first statue should be of him.

The good news is the people with guns and short tempers are going to be hit with the hammer of reality shortly. Just imagine all the Americans with kids like this, or parents, or spouses dependent on govenrment support to survive. That's all going away, and when death and suffering arrive on their doorsteps, I suspect there are going to be enough off them that Luigi Mangione might be the one with a statue in the end.

Lol at thinking the cultists will just suddenly have some "road to Damascus" return to sanity moment. Trump and the right wing media will pin it all on immigrants, possibly even encourage the crazies to kill some immigrants as justice, and the cycle continues. I feel like having even 1% hope for America at this point is getting close to psychosis territory.

The left wing did this to America. They took it too far and this happens.
Every time.
Why does the left hate America?

Probably right. My Friday morning optimism got the best of me. It's a character flaw I'm working on.

You want real optimism, our hope might be something like polio. With RFK in charge a polio outbreak, or another critical, preventable disease, could wipe out a significant amount of MAGA. That would be real hope. But if you're pining your hopes on them starting to show intellectual curiosity and critical thinking....probably the most hopeless thing I could ever think of.

Surely now the next step is to introduce some type of false flag (likely immigrant related) and then suspend midterms in the name of national security.
You'll have a dozen or so republican politicians who will dissent, but then they will quickly fall in line within days.

I don't even think there's a false flag required. They will just make something up. The whole need for truth is no longer required wehn you have people who will believe anything you tell them.

I mean they kind of did by taking things too far with wokeness which cultivated the whole MAGA movement. The biggest lesson to take from all this is for the left's to be more moderate when they regain power. It's not an excuse for what Trump and the Republicans are doing but it's the reason they got into power. This whole extreme left/right thing isn't working for the masses.

Yeah but even things like common sense gun control, universal healthcare coverage, heeding proven science on things like climate change and environmental protections are 'extreme left' to people who are center-right, right or extreme right.
Not even getting into things like equality for communities like LGBT or immigrants.
