Between 80 and 90 agents were involved in the Miami Beach search. Once inside, agents discovered parts from two AR-15-style guns with their serial numbers scratched off, as well as magazines with ammunition, inside a closet of the home’s primary bedroom. They also found sex toys, condoms and boxes of stilettos. In one hallway closet, they found 25 bottles of baby oil and 31 bottles of lubricant. (Prosecutors have said that agents found more than 1,000 bottles of those substances during the searches of the two homes.)

A Gucci bag found in the home contained white powder that tested positive for cocaine and ketamine, pink MDMA tablets and different types of benzodiazepine pills. Ms. Ventura testified that drugs were a fixture of freak-offs.

So it'll effectively be a walk for Diddy, which I suppose is to be expected.

I didn't follow the trial too much, because it seemed to go on for ages, but the guy is a dirtbag. Ultimately his pocket will be affected as he won't have the business opportunities he once had, and his escapades will have to be changed to not get into this situation again. Was he charged for the abuse in that video of him beating up his girlfriend? That should've been a lock for a conviction. What a guy.

Dude is linked with a lot of high profile people who probably want this covered up in their interests, is my guess. Just like Epstein until Epstein was finally Epstein’d.

The weird thing was, while going on for ages, I basically only saw information about him being a dirt bag or beating women. Which, I understand, weren’t the main charges. So, rich guy reasons aside, I’m less than surprised.

I remember the FBI announcing in live Tv that many well known names would be released from the info they found. I’m looking at fascism as the main reason this whole thing is going to vanish.

Sounds like he's likely to get around 5 years in jail. Not a "walk" but likely not what he deserves either.

As far as his pocket book, his net worth definitely took a hit. That being said, he's still got hundreds of millions. His real estate investments aren't going down due to this. Neither are a lot of his publishing rights. It's not as though people are going to stop listening to the Notorious BIG on Spotify because Sean Coombs might be getting some royalties.

Yeah I followed the trial pretty closely, and they just didn't have enough people come forward with this racketeering side of things. I think there's a lot of smoke here, but I was surprised at how few people were brought in as witnesses, and they really focused on Ventura. Which is fine, but he wasn't being charged for abuse of Ventura, they were trying to get him on worse charges and couldn't get people to talk obviously. If he was being charged with assault of Ventura, it would have been open and shut.

My takeaway - reasonable doubt will always be raised where there are texts and emails indicating consent (even if sent under duress and coercion). See also, Ghomeshi. It won’t matter when experts testify how abused people behave like that to survive.

I suspect that's mostly a troll post to rile up the MAGA folks and Elon. Seems to have hit some nerves today. Anything that keeps the circus rolling is all good.
