Boeser very smart if that was his only other viable option.
Oilers play fast and loose with the morality rules in their acquisitions ( just wait till the Junior player trial is over) so getting rejected by the likes of Neidermeyer, Heatley, Nylander and likely many others, similar to Boeser probably did, is part of the game you play.

truth be known, Skinner might be their best bet with all the goalie signings but they cant run it back with him as the number 1, so the pressure will be huge to replace him and possibly not even an upgrade , welcome to Edmonton, Elvis M?

Rumors I've heard from Canucks land is they were only giving 5, max 6 years yesterday. Boeser wanted 8 but they wouldnt do it. Met in the middle today and went 7
