Well that was a short stint. Have to think the Avs are look at trading for another center.

A ton? Coyle makes $5.25 mil.

Colton coming back in the deal, they got space.

What about Sid to Colorado? Pens going full tank

They could take Makar off their hands as a courtesy to Colorado.

but they need to sign more players so even if Kadri was the same cap hit they still need to shed.

CBJ getting Coyle opens up them to moving a different centre (Voronkov or Sillinger)?

I’m now convinced it’s 14th/20th + Sillinger for Andersson

Would be sorta lame if we end getting Sillinger and a 14th overall pick. None really solve the issue of getting that 1C. Sillinger might be a 2C but just creates a log jam of mid players

It gives them more assets to try and trade up. Andersson isn’t going to return a #1C by himself.

If you have 14, 18 and 32...odds of trading up to a top 10 pick become a reality.

What for? Avs don't have another 1st rounder until 2027, and I doubt the Avs would give up Calum Ritchie. After him there is no one worth Kadri.
