Pretty solid class this year. Keith, without hesitation, deserves it. Only weirdos are leaving off a 3-time cup winner with a Conn Smyth and 2 Norris's under his belt. Not to mention multiple 1st team allstar selections, multiple other top 10 Norris voting finishes and 2 Olympic gold medals. He is as 1st ballot as it gets. Good to see Mogilny finally get the nod. Obviously Thornton and Chara were locks as soon as they were eligible.
Whether you like the guy or not, Duncan Keith has three Stanley Cups, a Conn Smythe, two Norris trophies and two Olympic gold medals. That's a first ballot Hall of Famer every single time.

I'm not saying these are terrible players. I just think the Hall of Fame should be for the very elite. Not the very good. I respect your opinion if you are OK with it though.

At first glance I thought it was the other Boterill getting in and I thought that was odd for sure. He was an ok player I recall and not much of a GM so it sure seemed weird.
Bet their house never had her making the HOF before the brother on their bingo cards. Good for her though, I really enjoy her takes on the game!
