i'd love to upgrade my goalie pants. my current pair i got from the flames a number of years ago for a great price - they were brand new still with the tags on them!

I will say even if there’s no gear you want, they usually offer 35% regular merchandise on the same day! I was even able to get 35% off the Coronato stitching for my heritage classic jersey

I agree that there should be a limit, I have been saying that for years.

Even if you campout, it sound pretty hopeless. Is it literally just guys sprinting to the tables and clearing them off into a bag with an arm? Just grabbing an entire rack of jerseys at once?

I still use the Glencross Bauer girdle I picked up 15 years ago. It's still in decent condition and i've just changed the shell twice. To that poster who doesn't want to see things in beer league, don't worry, it's hidden behind the store bought shells.

Haha I remember looking at pads when the Flames had normal size goalies

I sent a nice email last night, obviously won’t effect today but hopefully moving forward.
I was told that while they’re aware of people reselling etc, the idea that the first few people camped out can go in and clear off an entire table worth of things (or multiple) is a big issue.

So was the idea that they hoard it in a corner and just try to sell while being there.
Doesn’t sound like that’s going to continue.

I got a sweet pair of Backlund gloves, last ones I saw, which is exactly what I went for. And a pair of Kadri gloves, that I’ll try to trade for more Backlund stuff.

There were only Huby and Kadri sticks for $200 left when we got in. No helmets. No Wolf, Zary, Coronato anything.

Lots of skates. Didn’t look at them.
