Can you provide examples of what you're talking about because I legitimately have no idea. What are you considering far right views and what specifically is the ugliness you're referring to? Anyone I know who votes conservative wants pretty normal standard things that don't even seem like left or right to me. I feel like this is just an immediate tactic to paint anyone who leans conservative as some far right monster.

Up until recently, this was a thoughtful, cogent (mostly) and respectful discussion about a difficult, confusing, high-profile trial for sexual assault by a group of young men. No politics is, or was, involved.
