I hope Dallas can beat them, I just haven't been overly impressed by their play.

Rantanen is great. But the Avs overall heavily out played them outside of goaltending. The Jets series has been pretty even outside of goaltending.

I just don't see Dallas lighting Edmonton up. They kind of just sit back and rely on goaltending often.

Dallas has done all this and their leading scorer from the regular season has played three games and their #1 dman has played one game. People are free to pick the Oilers but to suggest this won't be a harder matchup isn't really well thought out.

If Vegas won this series I would also be picking Dallas vs. them. The Pacific being the weaker bracket isn't an Oiler hater thing, most would have agreed before the playoffs but now some are in panic mode.

Dallas is far better than Vegas. Vegas won their cup two years ago and since then have done pretty much nothing to keep their team from aging out. Stone is held together with duct tape, they might have picked the wrong goalie to keep, their depth got eaten away.
