Domi being a mother####ing rat yet again. Tries to concuss Barkov right at the end of a loss. That kid is gonna get filled in next game.
Perhaps there's a suspension for being such a deliberate play as the game wound down. Right from behind, clearly targeted Barkov.

Great hit from behind. We don’t condone hitting from behind but we love the hit from behind. It shows toughness. And the league will look at it but we know that they won’t do anything so if you can injure the other team’s players you should hit them from behind. But we don’t condone hitting people from behind.

Sportsnet made sure not to show the dirty hit in their highlight package. Don’t want to draw attention to a dirty play by their beloved leafs. If somebody did that to marner or Matthews we’d have seen the highlight five times by now.

The media make it so hard to pull for the leafs.
If that Domi hit were tkachuk, Bennett or Marchand, they'd be asking every player, coach and equipment guy about it, followed by passing judgement on what jail sentence they should get. Because it's a leaf player, it's all gravy. I'm sure Kypreos will show his outrage at how dirty the hit was now.
Just for reference, they're complaining about a guy who's PPG in the playoffs so far this year.
