OEL could have had 2 penalties on that last shift. Hooked Marchand, and then hit Luostarinen high.

Yeah - mostly if it's a fast skilled team on the offence trying to get that tying goal, and another team is sitting back, it's a recipe for a goal. Skilled teams will circle and cycle until it happens. If you're playing a bigger team like Washington then playing extreme D makes some sense. But against Dallas, Florida, Leafs, etc, you can't.
