After this impossible streak, watch the blues crash to earth in time for playoffs.

What’s the modern day record for most wins in a row? Have to think blues got a chance to break it

Oilers had 14 last year I think? I don’t have the page up anymore but I think the Pens had 17 in the early 90s.

Coilers had 16 last year? 1 short of the record IIRC. Don't quote me on it but it's somewhere around that. I just recall being happy that the stupid oilers came 1 win short of tying the record at the time.

Longest win streak is 17 games by Pittsburgh. The Oilers had 16 last year. Nashville went unbeaten in regulation in 21 straight last year. Flames won 10 in a row in 21/22 and 16/17.

This isn’t unheard os especially the 16/17 Flames only made the playoffs because of that.

Kings are 3 points back on the pacific lead. Vegas is free falling.

Oilers take the lead on a powerplay. Shocking.

Vegas/Oilers round one is certainly enticing.

Shutout watch for Comrie as the Jets lead 3-0 midway through the third period. Twenty saves for Comrie.

Sportsnet highlights showing Pissy getting interfered with, bumped around, wincing. Leaving game and doubtful to return.

Vegas won 6 in a row prior to these last 2 games. Not exactly free falling but then again, the Kings are surging.

The Stars are also surging, they have won seven in a row and are within striking distance of the Jets. Dallas beat the Predators 5-1.

Has to get over to Europe to do some more “scouting”.

Just give the Norris trophy to Makar today. 30 goals and 90 points...hope he hits 35 and 100. To me he's the best player in the NHL.
