I love all the cheap car challenges the most, but for specials I think Bolivia, the first US one, and the first Africa one are easily my top 3.
OLIVER!!!!!!!!
Edit: oh honorable mention to the three wise men middle east one too

The middle East one was really good.
One of my old, old favourites was the 'Limo Challenge' where Jeremy gets the Mercedes Grosser and James has the Rolls...
That was brilliant.

Watching 'Carnage a Trois' again on an otherwise inauspicious Sunday in October.
Making fun of the French? Oh yes. Lets get on it.

I think china was one of my favourites. Them driving on those new roads, which are basically bridges. Keep turning into gas stops with no open stations because they’d re building the roads too quickly. The nonstop toll cameras that would blind you at night, etc…
Plus, The scenery in that one just blew me away.

Hammond is planning to drive a wagon version of Oliver (Opel Kadett Estate) to France. He has a video about it on DriveTribe.
Unlike May & Clarkson I don't care for his other series, but I do like when he talks cars.

I'm just putting old specials up on one of my secondary screens while I work.
The Vietnam special is one of my absolute favourites.

Season 10 is just a masterpiece. First episode is the lightweight supercars looking for the best driving road, next episode is the amphibious cars across the English Channel, 4th episode is the Botswana special
So good
Edit: Oh the British Leyland cheap car challenge is in season 10 too, that's one of the best ones

It was little dumb/gimmicky at times but...almost in a charming way?
I really enjoyed it, it made me laugh and I think...I know they're doing it for money, but I think both Jeremy with his show and Kaleb with what he's doing actually, genuinely GAF about farms and farming.

Come 2025, however, we'll soon have a chance to welcome them back in a new installment called — wait for it — The Not Very Grand Tour.

Bump. So I was just watching the YouTube channel Throttle house and discovered they've been tapped for being the new hosts of The Grand Tour. Edit: but....they've also hired the tiktok guy who's a massive train nerd and makes those weird videos of his face reacting to trains passing by but the lens is fisheye.
That's mega IMO. Congrats to the throttle house team who consistently put up the best reviews on YouTube.

Its going to be interesting and a very different show.
New presenters, new Producers, new crew...but hey, I'll give it a shot.
