That is an absolute haul for a rental player. Ritchie is probably top 2-3 centre prospects that have been drafted. Islanders crushed it with this trade. I do likee Colorado getting even deeper at forward though as well.

It’s a sellers market, there’s only a small handful of teams that are really selling, there’s a lot of teams right on the cusp of the playoffs

Surely someone wants to overpay for Rasmus at 50% - who's being left behind in the arms race... Dallas, LA, VGK?
In the east, the Leafs, Washington maybe? NJ is in a weird spot but maybe they feel the need to push and will pay the previously speculated "done deal if available" price of Nemec and Mercer?
Then go out and get Carlo and honestly, I don't think the team's worse off...
