Washington feels like the obvious landing spot. Still don't see the Browns doing this yet though. Next summer maybe.

I have to believe GB will be all over this.

They need a playmaker on D....Garrett is that. Detroit and Minny will be good again for the next couple of years so they have to find ways to get an edge on them.

Worked a while ago when they brought in that Charles Woodson dude and then prior to that a guy named Reggie.

They will be in the mix at the very least IMO.

I'd love this for GB, however i'd have reservations havnig Willis be a part of it. He was servicable when Love went down and I don't know if I would be willing to get rid of the safety blanket quite yet until Love is staying healthy.

But if you have a chance to get a franchise player like Garrett...man, that would be unreal.

^I bought an Eagles jersey years ago in a silent auction. Jackson name (WTF that is) on the back. I’ll wear it tomorrow first time.

The Rodgers "era" with the Jets is seemingly over, per Rapoport.

Interesting to note that ticket prices are down considerably this year. Likely due to hotel prices and possibly safety concerns. Are fans sick of the seeing the same teams in the game year after year? 8 of the last 9 Super Bowls have featured the Chiefs or Patriots.

Quote:
There were briefly rising prices Thursday and Friday, as holdouts looking for better prices started to scoop up seats. But as of Sunday at noon ET, “get-in” tickets on nearly every reselling platform were at the lowest since 2019, according to market data from several brokers. “Get-in” tickets are the cheapest seats to simply gain entry to a game. Secondary seller and market analyst ticketiQ had “all in” priced seats as low as $2,825 for the cheapest seats in the house. Meanwhile, some lower bowl seats with a face value of $6,350 had slipped below $6,000.

There's probably some element of fatigue, even for the Eagles fans this is their third appearance in seven years. But I also think maybe we've just reached the peak of what people are gonna pay for SB tickets. Cheapest get in for last year was over $10,000.00 CAD. You could probably get season tickets and fly to every game for your favourite team for less than that.

Rodgers time to retire? Wonder how he would look behind an elite o-line? Brady sling into his 40's,what's stopping Rodgers?

Nobody good wanting him is what's stopping him I'd imagine. Also looking far more washed at 40 than Brady did at 45 matters. Steelers are the only half decent team that has the need. All the other spots that fit are teams that are years from contending (Raiders, Titans, Giants, Browns, Saints).

I'd be surprised if the Saints dropped Carr for Rodgers, seems like a lot of money for a lateral move. Plus they can't really let Carr go for another year, it'd save maybe $1M. But they may be starting Rattler over him in 2025.

Yeah Rodgers is in tough to find a new home, wonder if he just calls it a career. Have a feeling he doesn't want to quite yet though.

If he wants to chase another ring, maybe just stay in shape, don't sign anywhere, and wait until a contender's QB inevitably gets long-term injured next season.

Rattler was terrible when he got a chance to play last season. I don't know if he's the next franchise QB for the Saints.

Not that I think he is, but the Saints only had 2 starters left on offence when he was out there...it was an ugly season. Tall order for a rookie project.

He'd have good first halves, then fall off late. Too predictable, relies on his legs too much. But he also flashed some wow moments, is tough/tenacious, and the players seem to love him.

Either way, I'm good to watch him try to be him for a season, en route to a top 5 pick & bringing Arch Manning home (a man can dream). But I'm sure it'll be Carr for 1 more season.

Deebo Samuel also asks for a trade out of SF.
