Easy guy to cheer for and seems like a quality human being. Sorry to see him go but wish him all the best and look forward to seeing his career develop - just hope he doesn’t score too much against the Flames! Good luck in Philly, Pelts!

Very sad to see Pelts go. Was hoping he'd be here long-term, but a sobering reminder that this is first and foremost a business. Hope he does well.

I can easily see Pelletier having insane chemistry with Konecny. Two very similar players, just Travis has a lot more skill.

Can't hate the trade, but losing Pelletier sucks. He's awesome. I think there is some untapped potential there.

Easy to cheer for player and I was liking the energy and grit he was bringing and he seemed to have motivated a lot of players.
The equipment guys are drawing 'sad eyebrows' on Huberdeau's visor as we speak.
That being said, the Flyers suck. Maybe he'll get more chances there and get the opportunity to carve out a decent NHL career?

I'll join the chorus in wishing him the best.
He always gave a full effort. Scrappy despite his size. Worked through his setbacks to finally arrive at the NHL.
I am confident he will carve out a role as a great third liner, top PK unit, glue guy in the room. I hope the positivity he brings every day is paid back to him two-fold.
Bonne chance Jacob!

Hopefully he finds a spot in Philly. Seemed like a generally good person.

For some weird reason, I could see Pelts in Calgary again in the future. Just a vibe.

Pelletier is all effort and hustle. I think Tortorella will be a fan of his in short order, if he isn't already.

Philly is one of those teams I have always liked as its easier to like teams in the Eastern conference.
Hopefully he realizes his potential there as well as Frost who I think many thought had a high ceiling not too long ago.

It's times like this I am glad I am a fan and not a manager.
Moving Pelletier would be tough for me, I am going to miss rooting for him on the Flames. I hope he goes on a burner in Philly.

Will pelts be offer sheet eligible this summer? Throw 2.29M at him. Which would only be a third round pick

Has a team ever traded a player only to offer sheet them back that same calendar year? That would be absolutely ruthless.

Only good things to say about the guy. Great vibes, great energy, great motor, hard worker, smart, complete game, all kinds of upside. I think he’s got a great career ahead of him. All the best Pelts!

Such an easy guy to root for. It's a trade you have to make 10 out of 10 times, but losing Pelts still sucks. Wish him nothing but the best, I hope he tears it up in Philly!

He has been very fun to watch since coming back up to the NHL. I think he will carve himself out a decent career as a 2nd/3rd line winger.

Sucks to see him go, but Pelts and his team wanted this after being put on waivers.
