just don't see how the numbers would work without another contract coming back, even with retention. But yeah, only other guy they pulled was Michkov. Weird situation all around.

So far all the player scratches/benchings, and insider comments sure fit with the above trade.
Kuzy retained probably too.

Could by why it isn't announced yet. He's not playing, but he can't really leave the bench either until the end of the game.
