Keep trying. It took me about 5 minutes of refreshing the page but I finally got it to work. This was a really good documentary.
Oh, and Blackarcher, you're very welcome.

Thanks for the tip.
I actually watched the full version on Google video. Well, I got 14 minutes into it and it was removed from the site. What I did see opened my eyes.

Good stuff. I like how he's going about this. But doesn't he need to make money off it to make his inevitable next one? Or I'm guessing there's some good cheques coming in off Bowling and Fahrenheit airings...

Now i don't like moore particularily, but the guy who runs that moorewatch.com is a absolute ###### bag. Apparently the guy who runs the site did a interview on QR77 about half way down the page.

Well, especially after Moore anonymously sent him the money to pay for his wife's medical bills and to keep the anti-Moore site alive himself. Moore shouldn't have bragged about it in Sicko though. He could have not named the site in particular.

BTW, it's funny how the entire internet takes what Micheal Moore said to one reporter in a press conference as full permission to pirate the movie. Michael is only giving his opinion on what he feels about people pirating the film and he's saying that he doesn't mind, it's like sharing a movie between buddies.
The actual rights belong to the production company that owns the rights and paid for the film, not Micheal Moore. It is still pirating and technically illegal to download or stream it.

As with most Moore productions, a lot of excellent humour and irony throughout. It was entertaining.
Also, I never really knew how left wing/socialist France was. Free university education? Wow.

Anyone see Moore on CNN today with Blitzer? Yikes, he was losing it. Just kept yelling (okay maybe not completely yelling) at Wolf, not letting him get a word in. Was bitter that CNN had aired a piece that was negative towards him. Inclusive in his rant were accusations that CNN never let him have his say (you could hear Blitzer telling Moore that he (Moore) had been invited on several times and had refused, under Moore's talking) and that it was Blitzer's and CNN's fault for so many American deaths in Iraq. That those people died because they (CNN and Wolf) didn't do thier job.
Blitzer tried to answer, but Moore yelled out, "Where's the WMD? Where's the weapons of mass destruction?"
Got a little crazy, I was impressed by Blitzer calmly continuing the interview under such conditions. Tried to pin Moore on his candidate choice in the upcoming election, Moore inferred Gore would be his choice.
At the end of the time, Wolf asked Moore to continue the interview (not live) and it would air tomorrow. Moore refused saying he knew they would edit it. Found that ironic!
Anyway I am neither for or against Moore, just found the exchange interesting.

Right at the end he makes fun of Dr Sanjay Gupta by pronouncing his name with an indian accent. I thought that was pretty lame...

I missed the part before the Moore interview when Dr Gupta criticized Moore. Wish I had seen it, would have given his outburst some context.

60 minutes just did a piece on the US comptroller general, the guy who is in charge of oversight for the government. He's a well respected Beaurocrat who is doing speaking engagements all over the US to warn of the impending doom of US fiscal policy.
One of the neat comments he said was that the US pays 50% more for its healthcare in comparison to other western nations and yet has an average infant mortality rate and so many without insurance.
Its like the education systems have become less about educating, but more about making money. The graduation rates for collages/uni's are brutal in north america.
So free post secondary, certainly doesn't sound so bad.
There are just some things that shouldnt be for profit, healthcare/education are tops of that list next to fire/police/army...
Sure taxes would be higher, but if you ever can spend time in countries that have a more socialist society you'll be suprised at just how good of a life you can live there.
