There's something really weird about a fluffy interview of a Canadian political candidate on the Daily Show like this, though I guess I also thought Poilievre interviewing with Jordan Peterson was weird
I have immense respect for Mark Carney and think on the economic front, he actually really needs to be part of Team Canada going forward. He has a humbleness to him that is unique considering the level of power he has had.
Edmonton would be well served to elect him as an MP as opposed to virtually any other nitwit from any other party. There is hundreds of nitwits in all parties but only a few people with his level of experience and knowledge. I don't know how well he may do for the small MP related items of serving the local riding, that is TBD.

He's one of the architects of the carbon tax regime. He's using Gerald Butts (!) as his chief political advisor.
Also central bankers shouldn't be running for office.

Is the "he had a photo taken in proximity of someone deplorable" really a game the conservatives want to be playing?
I’m old enough to remember when PP did an interview with Jordan Peterson and the line was that people should simply ignore who Peterson is entirely and just listen to the words in the interview.
Now being in proximity of someone is enough to make all sorts of attachments.
They never can seem to figure this thing out.
