Especially since there isn't really a good spot for him on the NHL roster right now. Options:
• Move Zary back to wing
• Demote Kadri or Backlund to 4th line
• Put Kerins in Rooney's spot and let him grow cobwebs on the bench
• Put Kerins on the wing and delay his development as a centre
I don't find any of those possibilities very enticing.

Interesting. Seems like goalies are excluded?
Has he stated anywhere his definition of a prospect?

Nice. Devils and Wild fighting for division titles and having 10th and 11th best prospect pool.

The rankings will be revealed up to the day of the World Juniors finals, with the top 4 right before the final game. Prospects are categorized as D+5 or younger AND under 25 NHL games played.

You never know if these ex-players will work out as GM because so many are in over their heads running a franchise but Guerin has actually done pretty good work. Buying out Suter and Parise was pretty bold but in hindsight looks like it was the right move.

Needs to get Kaprizov inked to a new deal or it all falls apart.
But I agree, he's done a pretty good job in a tough situation.

If a dumpster organization like the Oilers can retain Draisaitl you have to think the Wild can keep him but you never know with Russians. It looks like the giant signing bonus may be the new thing to entice players to sign long term and I don't know if Leipold has as deep of pockets as Katz.

It will be interesting to see his methodology, but if the Flames are ranked ahead of ANA, CHI, BUF and UTA, it raises immediate doubts as to accuracy.

It said less than 25 NHL games, so no.
Also, D+5 or less (so 23 and under)
