Why try to make Lomberg a whipping boy? Guy was signed to play 4th line energy and be a room guy. Plays a vastly different game than Pelletier.

Well it's just an opinion but the Flames just aren't anywhere close to the upper echelon teams like Dallas or TB or WPG. It's a very very observable realization.

He's not a whipping boy, I just don't think he's a guy that needs to be in the lineup every night.

4th line was on a bit of a roll the last couple games and it was a coaching mistake to mess with that IMO

On the replay I do t think there was a high stick. Maybe a hook.

Flames make the absolute worst decisions around both blue lines. There is just zero effort put into managing the puck properly in dangerous areas.
