It’s so competitive they don’t have to pay more than the weekly stipend + accommodation and food.
They train for 3 years. On top of the fact that you don’t seem to know which border guards do what, I kind of doubt their training tells you in particular anything.

I was a supporter of his up until 2020/21 I voted for him. I’m not a pot smoker but I do believe it helps with pain and it shouldn’t be illegal, especially if alcohol isn’t.
I don’t like the fact that the flood of immigration was never stopped and it has led to rent hikes and housing prices.
I don’t like how he divided Canadians during Covid. Insulting good hardworking people that just don’t agree with his policies.
His stance on the environment is a joke, especially since he doesn’t follow his own advice.
He flip flip flopped on reform policies
Federal debt is the worst it’s ever been and it didn’t take him long. Don’t blame Covid, blame the reaction to Covid.. he used the emergency act to charge truckers and freeze bank accounts. That’s a war time act..

Just wait until we see the consequences of stopping this "flood of immigration" and how it causes the social safety net to collapse under the weight of an imbalanced senior population. People will be moaning the good old days when people had money for rent.

Sure, that’s why you still have to have immigration… I don’t say it was all bad. But he was supposed to have capped it.
2021: 405,999 permanent residents were admitted, a 120% increase from 2020 and as of this year, many of those immigrants are not able to make enough money to live. Now imagine with the rest of the populate is going through. I’ve heard 1 in 4 Canadians are living in poverty.

“You folks can’t help but tell on yourselves”
What’s that supposed to mean?
How have I been challenged?
Discrediting an opponent's viewpoint by suggesting their motives or intentions are suspect, without addressing the merits of their argument, doesn’t mean you have the popular opinion, just means you’re trying
Then you’ll use sarcasm and mockery to make your argument. Ah, classic—when you can’t debate the point, just slap a label on it. Bold strategy. Got anything more original, or is that the highlight?

Let's start with you taking a hot second to enlighten the community on how Justin Trudeau "divided Canadians during Covid" and "Insult[ed] good hardworking people that just don’t agree with his policies."
Then maybe we'll consider addressing the rest of this nonsense.
You've been challenged.

“They don’t believe in science/progress and are very often misogynistic and racist. It’s a very small group of people, but that doesn’t shy away from the fact that they take up some space.
“This leads us, as a leader and as a country, to make a choice: Do we tolerate these people? Over 80% of the population of Quebec have done their duty by getting the shot. They are obviously not the issue in this situation.”
He actually referred to people that didn’t want to get a vaccine that didn’t even stop the spread of the virus as “ misogynistic and racist” and “Do we tolerate these people”

That “small group of people” he’s referring to, was the convoy and its supporters. Those drivers weren’t anti vaccine, they were anti mandate. I’m not speaking for all of them; because I’m sure some of the could be anti vax.

Obviously it can only be the love-child of Margaret Trudeau and Fidel Castro who has been secretly raised by foreign Communist governments to infiltrate and destroy Canada from the inside through vaccines, carbon tax and marijuana.
If you want to start being taken seriously and not laughed out of the room, maybe start by ditching the idiotic conspiracy theories, step outside your information bubble and see if you yourself have a self-correcting device to challenge the narratives you've concocted.
Trudeau has had plenty of blunders but I think the Canadian government handled the pandemic relatively well although the messaging wasn't very good in some cases. But did you look at the leaders of the anti-vax movement in Canada? He was not far off in his depiction. "Who the hell talks like that?" Who the hell refuses to do the bare minimum to try to help stop the spread of a disease? In my lifetime, I've seen similar tantrums around the use of seatbelts in cars and smoking in public places. Sometimes, you have to be an adult and think about the well-being of others rather than you're own personal conveniences.
