It looks like these games are just on Canadian Amazon and replace the Canadian team's feed?

I do mostly prefer the usual broadcast personalities though. This presentation feels very… American. Less laid back. Generic.

(Yes I know the one guy is from Calgary).

Huberdeau always feels like a liability when he touches the puck mid ice

The Kings are just as static and inept as us in the Ozone. Trying to force passes through a mass of bodies. Byfield is better off taking the shot.

We should get this quality from SportsNet, but do not. We get an amateur broadcast.

It baffles the mind that Canadian fans have to suffer through the broadcasts we do, while production values in the US continue to improve year after year. Rogers is pitiful. A few of my friends who are much more casual hockey fans are ranting back and forth about just this in a group text - it's not just the 'hardcore' fans that notice how lacking SportsNet is.

Brandt Clarke is very good. The development time with that guy is really showing results.

It's very efficient with time and crisp.

The color guy is ready for the segments and the video showed for Wolf for example is quick and again, efficient.
Kelly would get through half the Wolf highlights they did and SNet would have a bunch of missed or wrong replays.

Team continues he terrible giveaways at the offensive zone blue line. Coleman had all the time in he world to get a puck to the net here and instead he tries to pass through two Kings along the blue line.

It’s a good thing these guys don’t play QB they would set records for interceptions.

Not a great decision. Though it looked like no one was giving him options. Lots of giveaways are because the rest of the line is too static.

Really impressive production and the announcers are so well prepared.

What a treat listening to good quality chat about the teams playing. So different from the usual SN fanboys.

Maybe a bit too much chit chat but they are playing to a national US audience. .

They call that but don’t call Zary getting high stickers up the ice.

This intermission content is far, far superior to what we get typically as well.

...how much longer does SportsNet have the Flames contract? Just extended it, didn't they? Ugh

Reminds me of a TSM broadcast from 20 years ago. I really like it.

Even the ads are better.
