She hasn't been visible so people still don't know who she is or what her policies are.
This narrative is such a load of crap. She’s been plenty visible, and her policies are widely available for anyone to look at. The problem is that she’s a normal, intelligent human being who isn’t bats*** insane, so her interviews and appearances don’t get as much traction in the media as the raving fascist lunatic on the other team who continually says crazy things 24/7.
At this point, anyone who says they’re still undecided or says they don’t know enough about Harris is either a complete moron, or they’re just ashamed to admit out loud that they’re voting for Trump. Racism and sexism are also playing a big role in this. There’s a large group of Americans (mostly older white dudes) who still aren’t ready or willing to vote for a woman, especially a woman of colour.

Barack said last night Kamala is the most qualified candidate EVER. Hillary had a great resume too, but lost.
I wouldn't be surprised, though I would have guessed that Hillary's CV is more qualified given her international roles, like Secretary of Defense. Perhaps Harris' experience as VP trumps that, plus Kamala is a trained prosecutor.
Lots of very valid criticisms of Harris to go around, but equating her with Trump and calling her “truly awful” is one of the silliest things I’ve ever heard and is basically on par with something Trump would make up.

So she isn’t as visible though. It’s not a judgement call. It’s a fact.
The Harris campaign is similar to Clinton’s in terms of how many events she holds, both of which were quite different from obama’s. She’s holding much fewer rallies and has fewer surrogates in the media carrying water for her.
It doesn’t really make sense, as what she’s doing is either somebody with a big lead or somebody who is terrible on the stump, and I don’t think either are true.
Getting elected is marketing. People need to see you and hear your message a lot. There are lots of people that don’t vote and need a reason to vote.
With her not being active outside of ads she’s not getting those people to vote.

My understanding is that Harris' campaign is outspending Trump HUGE in battleground states' actual ground game (ie amount of campaign offices and people actually on the ground going door to door for Harris), and it's the rallies that are the lesser expensive way to go. Especially for Trump who might actually be making money at this things from all his idiot supporters buying his stupid merch.
What does a rally do? They don't build support IMO. They are what you start with to get some excitement brewing with crowds etc...but no one goes to your rally that's not already going to vote for you. Who wants to go watch either of these people speak for an hour+? You can see them on any YouTube algorithm of your choosing.
Harris is investing in trying to get as many people to vote as possible and I hope it works.

“The whole country will be like — you want to know the truth? It’ll be like Detroit,” the Republican presidential nominee said. “Our whole country will end up being like Detroit if she’s your president.”
Trump’s remarks came as he addressed the Detroit Economic Club in a speech appealing to the auto industry, a key segment of the population in battleground Michigan’s largest city.

I know everything is supposed to be Serious AF around here and that having time for humour while Rome burns makes us who do it horrible people, but am I suppose to see this and not laugh at the absurdity of Murica?
I think he's got his thumb up that falcon's ass.

It's worth remembering when we were pondering possible Biden replacements after the debate that the nearly universal consensus here was that Harris was not a particularly great candidate. It's why people pondered virtually anyone else, Shapiro, Walz, Whitmer, Michelle, Newsom etc... And, sure enough, Harris has been a middling candidate. Yes, she can form coherent sentences, yes, she's not mentally insane, but no, Murica hasn't stopped being Murica, so that alone isn't good enough. A better candidate would have this thing close to wrapped up at this point.
nobody else was realistic...it had to be Harris to transfer the funding
polls are nonsense these days anyway, we will find out in a few weeks how good or bad a candidate she was. Trump and the GOP have a built in advantage though.
I was told Biden was a terrible candidate and then he got the most votes ever
His list of adjectives has really collapsed lately. He pretty much only has ugly or beautiful in the repertoire now. One good one bad. So he thinks gangs are good?

I am watching his Colorado rally and had to rewind it to make sure I heard what I thought I heard. Really odd considering his point was to get foreign gangs out of here and then he described them that way...?

...this is the guy you voted for. It's not like he just changed recently. He has aways been a pathetic piece of human excrement painted orange... hahaha

Unless you affixed the world's most inconspicuous camera to my purse, you have no idea who I voted for.

It's not odd in the slightest.
He has dementia, and it's painfully obvious to anyone who has watched a loved one go through it.
Basically the GOP is engaged in elder abuse in the hopes of getting Vance the presidency shortly after the election.

Georgia election workers settle defamation lawsuit against conservative website
Quote:
ATLANTA (AP) — Two Georgia election workers have reached a settlement in their defamation lawsuit against a Missouri-based conservative website that falsely accused them of fraud in the 2020 presidential election, according to a court filing earlier this week.
The lawsuit against The Gateway Pundit, its owner Jim Hoft and his brother Joe Hoft “has been resolved to the mutual satisfaction of the parties through a fair and reasonable settlement,” lawyers for Ruby Freeman and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss said Friday.
Quote:
Freeman and Moss, who were Fulton County election workers, sued over The Gateway Pundit's repeated claims that the mother-and-daughter pair introduced suitcases of illegal ballots while working as ballot counters at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta in November 2020.
Freeman and Moss also sued others, including including former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and One America News Network, saying they pushed Donald Trump’s lies about the election being stolen, which led to death threats that made them fear for their lives.
