He was a world junior captain for our country, had a great playoff in the bubble, and scored two straight 18 goal seasons as a 23/24 year old. Without the benefit of hindsight some felt it was a good player to cheer for and I don’t think it should be surprising there are a few with jerseys out there. IMO it’s a shame the Flames don’t have him on their roster anymore.

Never asked for anything for free from the team as I agree this was not it their fault, just thought they could lower a profit margin for a relettering to help out and their solution ultimately did the same.

Except they don't typically use lower case letters on namebars for names unless its a Mac, Mc, or some other weird prefix type name.

I fixed your question.

In answer to same, he is charged under Section 271 of the Criminal Code, which reads as follows:

271 Everyone who commits a sexual assault is guilty of

(a) an indictable offence and is liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than 10 years or, if the complainant is under the age of 16 years, to imprisonment for a term of not more than 14 years and to a minimum punishment of imprisonment for a term of one year; or

(b) an offence punishable on summary conviction and is liable to imprisonment for a term of not more than 18 months or, if the complainant is under the age of 16 years, to imprisonment for a term of not more than two years less a day and to a minimum punishment of imprisonment for a term of six months.

There is a minimum sentence set out therein.
