Hu's Garage

Ryan is awesome and specializes in Honda's as did his Father. Straight shooter and much, much cheaper than any Honda dealer. Ryan is also an enthusiast and has owned numerous performance vehicles, including an S2000, he understands the performance realm as well.

Sadly no, just another run of the mill appliance. I'm basically just looking for an alternative to sending it to the dealership when it comes to general maintenance etc. Now that I think about it, indie specialist may be the wrong approach....forcing someone to work on this next to an NSX or S2000 would be embarrassing for everyone. It's not for me, but still a bit bummed we got a crossover...I guess I just ran out of energy pitching alternatives.

Is there a rental shop with a lift and tools in the Deep South. I know there’s some in the North. U wrench or something, anything like that? Need to do some work on daughters car and renting a bay would be so much easier

I think I'd take the Corolla. I have a huge soft spot for all 90s Toyotas, appliance or not.

Anybody put a levelling kit on an F150? Somewhere good in Calgary to have that done? Do they have to adjust my headlights at the same time?

For me, it’s about as breathtakingly gorgeous as when the original V12 Vanquish was released in 2001 (the Bond car in Die Another Day). It feels properly like it’s own car in a significant way, whereas I always felt like the Gen.2 Vanquish was just a little too close to the 2013+ DB9.2 (not that it would stop me buying one).

And the fact that it’s still a V12 makes me happy. I’m slightly surprised that they aren’t doing optional rear seats as on previous Vanquish generations, though I guess that’s what the DB12 and DBX is for.

My current work van is getting up there in KMs and I'm curious about the Ford Maverick. Is Ford quality as atrocious as I've heard? It can't be worse than Dodge although I have had no major issues with my Grand Caravan. The only off-warranty repair I'd had to do was replace a coil.

Are they available to buy or should I put an order in to get one for next year?

I'm hoping to get an AWD Hybrid but I'm not sure I can wait that long.

Are there any other pros and cons I should be thinking about? And no, I won't be getting a full-sized truck. I've hated driving them when I've had to.

If you’re switching from a work van, wouldn’t something with an enclosed cargo area be more aligned with what you need? Like a Ford Escape?

I'd rather get another van than an SUV, but the Maverick is about the size of what I need. I don't need a large enclosed space as much as I used to. I have a cargo trailer I can tow when that happens.

As long as your trailer is under 4000lbs, just make sure you get the tow package, or it's only 2000lbs.

Anyone have any experience with Cars 4 Cash type companies in Calgary? My truck engine appears to be shot, and replacing it will cost way more than the truck is worth (past warranty). Working parts from this truck seem to be in high demand since new OEM parts are extremely rare / expensive, but I’m not interested in breaking it down myself.
