Yeah, I don't know how to explain it, but this feels a lot like the Obama/Romney race in 2012 than it does 2016 or 2020. Just feels like the GOP campaign is running on fumes and can't figure out how to course correct. Hopefully we get some surprises in the Senate, too.

That's one of the few smart things he's done, the massive amount of free airtime he gets on all of the major networks is far more valuable than any ad-buy would be
