Think he'd be a steal. Might not be a sexy pick some love but he has high end potential offence if he continues to develop (still 17 until august) but beyond that he has a complete game with high end compete.
Interesting note Ryder Ritchie was born one day before Tij Iginla when Byron and Jarome were teammates on Calgary.

2nd round is wide open. Lots of d but yeah, Ryder Ritchie is a player I like to see in a Flaming C.
3rd round Simon Zether is one of like to see. Along with Pikkarainen or Hagen Burrows.
Then they got back to back jacks in the 4th round. That'll be neat.

2025 looks like a good year for centres with plenty in the top-10 (Hagens, Frondell, Misa, McQueen, Moore, Desnoyers, Ryabkin).
Right now, just keep drafting skill.
My hope for today is Andrew Basha, Ritchie Ryder, Nikita Artamonov, Cole Hutson, or Aron Kiviharju at 41 and Eemil Vinni at 62.

Draft day traditions on CP!

Nothing like being *certain* that the Flames wasted their 62nd pick.

It was earlier in the year I saw him somewhere as a potential late rounder. And yeah, that is my understanding of the history of his name.

What? You don’t want to see the senior citizen who made two hole-in-ones in a row? You don’t get to actually see them, just a crappy video of him awkwardly standing around the cup and then picking up the ball. Riveting.
