Oh I'm aware. It's just that Holland has an ever burning need to accumulate more of them, and since the Oilers have no cap room and no trade capital, there's nothing more he can do for them.

Seems to me that Holland has been the most competent GM the Oilers hired - an admittedly low bar - as he did make some moves that allowed them to become the team that competed for the cup this year.
As a Flames fan, this direction is approved. I fully expect McDavid's inner circle to have someone appointed and that will result in less competence as opposed to more.
