Just when I thought I'd seen it all. This unfortunately is pretty clever and I could see people falling for it.

This particular website used Wild West Domains (Arizona) for the site hosting and could be anywhere.

I’ve seen some parking where people should have been given tickets, even fake ones would have been fine!

Seriously though, this problem of impersonating is going to get worse. I heard of an out of data cell phone scam where you could click through from a text to pay and add minutes, and of course feel good about it because your phone keeps working.
