As you are well aware, Tottenham were beyond reproach (as usual!). If you guys hadn’t thrown those games to Villa to prevent us from getting CL you’d have nothing to complain about!

Someone asked me about cheering for Tkachuk to win the cup over the Oilers...I told them I would cheer for Hitler to win the cup and then they laughed until they realized I was dead serious. This is nothing...I am famously not a Panthers fan but would probably take them over any Canadian team let alone the Oilers.

I am such a huge Panthers fanboy right now I would make Cali blush.

The whole anthem booing thing... I wouldn't take it personally. It's just sports and the media has given a nationalism angle to (mostly the Canadian media at that). Oiler fans in attendance were cheering pretty loudly during the anthem, so of course Panther fans are going to try and drown them out with boos. I doubt most of them actually hate or disrespect Canada, in fact they probably don't think about Canada at all. They are also probably very aware that many of their players that they cheer for are Canadians.
